Any MyChat user is added to one rights group only. New users became members of default groups "Guests" or  "Web guests". You can change rights for these two groups but you can't delete them.

You can create a big number of groups with different rights combinations. All rights and limitations are selected from a tree-like list and assigned to a group. These changes applied instantly, no need to restart client applications or the server.

Important feature: MyChat Server has no special super administrators like "root" in Linux. Permission group names is just a formality and convenient for administrators. You can even delete all permission groups (except two default ones are "Guests" and "WEB guests"), and the chat continues work as usual.

Each rule has a number usually displayed in square brackets. This helps to find a specific rule in different language localizations.
