If this rule is on, then all user's devices (first of all Android and iOS) will send their current location on your MyChat Server.

 

Then, view a user's location track via a special tool (Shift+F4 in a private dialogue in Windows application for MyChat):

 

View GPS coordiates of a user in the chat

 

By default, the rule is on.
