People in this list are connected to the chat server at the moment (online).

 

Online users on MyChat Server

 

The information refreshes every 10 seconds automatically or manually with the button Refresh button on the top right corner.

 

The list of fields displayed in a table configured with the button settings on the top right corner.

 

To select several table fields with mouse, hold Ctrl or Shift. There is a context menu for a mouse right button for selecting all users or inverting selection.The sorting activated by clicking on the table fields.

 

What can you do with online users?

 

Disconnect

the server disconnects selected users but the chat client continues its work. After 10 seconds (the default time for reconnection to the server) the client will attempt to connect to the server again;

Shutdown

the server sends the command to selected users. Unlike the command "Disconnect", users are not only disconnected from the server but completely shut down MyChat Client work.

numeric identifier of user's account;

CID

numeric identifier of an active connection (Connection ID);

IP address

IP address of an active connection;

Application type

application type (win32, linux, android, macos, web, ios);

Status

current network status ("online", "do not disturb", "away");

Nickname

domain login or user's registered nickname;

Displayed name

user's name displayed in the chat according to settings;

Email

user's email address;

Authorization type

authorization type (regular, domain, paswordless);

Domain name

domain name if a domain authorization is used;

Encryption

traffic encryption status;

HardwareID

unique identifier of device's hardware where MyChat Client is running;

MAC address

MAC address of MyChat Client network interface;

Computer's name

computer's or smartphone's name;

Date/time of connection

date/time up to seconds, when device connects to the server;

Uptime

device online time;

Client version

client application version;

ОS

type and version of user's operating system;

UserAgent

connection UserAgent, if this is not a WEB browser;

Reflink

http(s) link used to get into WEB chat (relevant for websupport);

Interface language

client application language.
