Error #0012: not enough rights to change personal information
Error description
A user is not allowed to change information in his profile, photo or password of his account.
Problem solution
Enable the rule "Personal information changing" for a user group in the section "Rights Control" -> "Permission groups" -> "Profile" or or transfer a user to a group where this rule is enabled.
