Error #0040: no rights to change the chatroom topic

 

Error description

You can't change the topic of the text conference

 

Problem solution

Make sure that a user is in the Rights Group that has a right for running administrative console commands in MyChat Client application or server management.

 

Also, conference moderators have rights to change conference topic in the section of Admin Panel "Users", "Moderators".
