Error #0254: not enough rights to send multicast private messages

 

Error description

You are trying to send a multicast message (a private message for several users at once) but you do not have rights to do so.

 

Problem solution

Enable the rule for sending group private messages in Admin panel, the section "Rights control", "Permission groups", "Privates", "Multicast private messages" for your users group.
