Template replies are useful when you speak with a big number of people but answers are too similar. This feature is mostly used by support specialists and website chat operators.

 

This is the set of ready words and phrases that you can insert in the chat by using one mouse click or hotkeys (Alt+1..9):

 

Quick messages in MyChat Client

 

You can add any number of template replies. Everything is stored on the server and automatically synchronized when connecting to MyChat Client. You can insert a multi-line text — just type %CRLF% in the middle of a phrase:

If you enable the option "Instant message sending in chat", a template phrase will be sent in the chat immediately without inserting to the message input window first.
