PUSH notifications is a standard technology for receiving messages in Android and iOS to reduce power consumption and ensure that apps that are not currently active can receive messages.

For PUSH notifications to work, your MyChat server must be able to access the mychat-server.com host over the Internet on TCP port 52020. All messages are encrypted with unique dynamic session keys that are generated when a user application connects to your server.

If you do not use mobile applications for Android / iOS you can not read further.

What to do?

Allow incoming and outgoing traffic from your MyChat Server to mychat-server.com on TCP port 52020. If this is not done, PUSH messages will not work, even if your mobile applications work exclusively on your local Wi-Fi network.
