MyChat Server tree of scripts
All MyChat scripts are categorized.
Event scripts
Scripts that are executed on some MyChat Server event (for example, in the moment of receiving a private message or notification creation).
User defined scripts
Scripts that are constantly executed from time to time on the system timer (for example, every hour, or by MyChat Client request over the network).
Library
Library scripts that do not execute automatically but run manually by clicking on the "Run" button.
Divided into the three categories:
- Custom
Scripts library that can be formed by an administrator. - Service
Service programs that are included in the server default installation package. - Examples
Code examples to learn a programming by the MyChat scripting language. Also, all examples are located in the help system.
- You can enable or disable scripts by clicking on checkboxes next to the "Event scripts" and "User defined scripts" items.
- MyChat Server scripts that are executed by the events.
- Scripts that are executed on a timer with a specified periodicity or by a client application request.
- Library scripts that are executed manually. They can't be enabled or disabled like the previous ones.
