MyChat Scripts Engine functions for working with users' dialogues

Service functions for direct work with MyChat Server.

mCloseAllDialogs	close all private dialogues for MyChat Server users;
mClosePrivateDialog	close a specified private dialogue.
mGetUserTotalUnreadPrivateMessagesCount	the total number of unread private messages in all dialogues of the specified user.
