A common contact list is a tree-like company structure with all users, divided into departments. The nesting level is not limited. This tree is automatically displayed to all chat users in client applications. They do not need to create contacts on their own.

 

The company structure is created by an administrator manually once, or automatically when importing from Active Directory.

Users on the right are out of the common contact list. You can move them to the tree-like list with a mouse, by Drag&Drop.

 

If you delete a department or the whole branch, all members will be moved to the section "Users out of the list".

 

After you complete editing the contact tree, press the button "Send to the clients" on the left side of the window to display these changes to all online users:
