Attention! You are supposed to have the file users.ad with domain users if not — create it as described in the guide.

Choosing a file

Press the button "Choose file". When you transfer the file users.ad, the server checks the file extension ".ad". It means that it contains domain users and has a specific structure.

After your server receives your file, you need to specify a domain name from which these people are imported.

If the text displays incorrectly, that is probably because its encoding differs from what is expected. You can configure the encoding correctly in import settings.

Modification of incoming data

The content of the file users.ad displayed on the top part encoded to a default structure CSV, and the bottom part displays the result that will be uploaded on the server.

If the list includes users whom you do not want to import or the data need to be changed, do it on the top part where the text is contained as CSV data.

For example, to delete a user, delete the whole line with his description, then press the button "Process the text" for repeat processing and he will disappear from the bottom list.

Uploading users on the server

When you decide which users you need to import on the server, set the fields displayed on the bottom according to MyChat user's profile fields. For this, press on the column header "- Do not import -", and you will see the list of available fields:

To complete the data processing successfully, there must be a column "Nickname" that corresponds to a user's login.

After you set the fields, import these users by pressing the button "Download on the server".

Import results can be seen in the users' list.
